If you are an avid Nintendo 3DS gamer then you may already been asked to download the handhelds latest firmware update and may be wondering what all the fuss is about. Let us fill you in.
The latest 3DS firmware update activates StreetPass Relay, which allows you to walk past any Nintendo Zone hotspot and essentially StreetPass with whoever previously walked past it, regardless of date/time. Nintendo hopes that this will help make people more aware of StreetPass and reward those who take their handhelds outdoors which should hopefully help the struggle of getting StreetPasses altogether.
