3DS Highlights from Today’s Nintendo Direct

<p>The Nintendo Direct revealed some new 3DS titles along with some release dates for previously announced games&period; You can watch the entire Direct video <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;nintendo&period;com&sol;nintendo-direct&sol;archive&sol;"><strong>here<&sol;strong><&sol;a>&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>With spring and summer approaching and the urge to go outside comes some new on-the-go games playable on the Nintendo 3DS&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Kirby&colon; Planet Robobot<&sol;em> along with the corresponding amiibo are launching June 10&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Metroid Prime&colon; Federation Force&comma;<&sol;em> the 1st person co-op with RPG-like roles&comma; is being released this spring&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Rhythm Heaven Megamix<&sol;em> will launch later in 2016 and will include over 100 rhythm games&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Monster Hunter Generations<&sol;em>&comma; known as <em>Monster Hunter Cross<&sol;em> in Japan&comma; is going to North America this summer&period; For more details&comma; read our coverage of the <em>Generations<&sol;em> news <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;bagogames&period;com&sol;monster-hunter-generations-na-announced&sol;"><strong>here<&sol;strong><&sol;a>&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Disney Art Academy<&sol;em> that features tutorials on drawing beloved characters from both Disney and Pixar franchises will launch on May 13th&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Hyrule Warriors Legends<&sol;em> releases on March 25th along with the season pass for DLC packs and the Ganondorf costume&period; Medli from Wind Waker will be free to download once the first DLC is released&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Bravely Second&colon; End Layer <&sol;em>&&num;8211&semi; the full game launches on April 15th and a demo will be free beginning on March 10th from the eShop&period; The bonuses earned in the demo can be transferred to the full game&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The eShop also had a few new games announced through the Nintendo Direct as well&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The Virtual Console will get several SNES titles with some graphic adjustments&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Azure Striker Gunvolt 2<&sol;em> is currently &dollar;9&period;99 now through June 1st on the eShop as a special pre-purchase price&period; The game will eventually be launched sometime this summer&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Pocket Card Jockey<&sol;em> is a mash-up of solitaire and horse racing all in the same game&period; As odd as it looks&comma; the game is not a joke and will be released this May&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>It certainly looks like a mix of exciting &lpar;and some disappointing&rpar; titles are planned to launch this spring and summer&period; At least with your 3DS you&&num;8217&semi;ll have plenty of fun being outdoors&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Via Nintendo Press Room<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
