90’s Gamers Rejoice! Surge Is Back!

<p>Coca-Cola&&num;8217&semi;s answer to Mountain Dew has returned to store shelves&period; Today&comma; the East Coast received the first shipment of the highly caffeinated citrus soda&comma; Surge&period; The Surge movement has finally been successful in their quest to have Surge return to store shelves after a twelve year hiatus&period; Surge was originally produced from 1996 to 2003&comma; during the golden age of gaming&period; This is great news for those who are immune to Mountain Dew&&num;8217&semi;s amount of caffeine&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;cdn&period;bagogames&period;com&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2015&sol;09&sol;04180943&sol;Untitled&period;png"><img class&equals;"aligncenter size-full wp-image-91036" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;cdn&period;bagogames&period;com&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2015&sol;09&sol;04180943&sol;Untitled&period;png" alt&equals;"Surge" width&equals;"638" height&equals;"508" &sol;><&sol;a><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The Surge Movement was founded by three people&colon; Evan Carr&comma; Sean Sheridan&comma; and Matt Winans&period; They began a huge social media campaign to resurrect Surge&comma; and even purchased a huge billboard by Coca-Cola headquarters to kick everything off&period; In 2014&comma; Coca Cola partnered with Amazon to sell Surge via their website&period; Obviously&comma; all of the money that came in got Coca-Cola to realize that there was still money to be made in Surge&period; Coca-Cola is forging traditional marketing when it comes to Surge this time around&semi; they want the excitement to grow via social media as the campaign previously had&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Right now&comma; Surge is only available on the East Coast&period; Hopefully some with trickle to the West Coast soon so that I can play <em>Shenmue<&sol;em> and drink my Surge&excl;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Via <&sol;strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;twitter&period;com&sol;SURGE&sol;status&sol;640936249637904384">Twitter<&sol;a><&sol;p>&NewLine;
