The first issue of the prequel comic book series for The Last of Us is now available in physical form. The Last of Us: American Dreams details Ellie’s life in a quarantined area before the events of the game and also serves as a good introduction for the character. The story of the book has been jointly written by Naughty Dog Creative Director Neil Druckmann and Faith Erin Hicks, who also worked on the art, while the cover art comes courtesy of Julián Totino Tedesco.
The physical copy of the comic’s first issue is only available in North America, but the digital version will see a worldwide release next week (Wedsnesday, April 10th). At which point, you can go to Dark Horse Digital to pick it up for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
