Hacking and slashing games have been a real kick against hordes of zombies and getting to do it with a buddy is even better. Game developer Dead Island Studio has announced a game they have been working on called Hellraid, which was once known as “Project Hell”. In the game you can play either single campaign or co-op multiplayer where you and your friends hack and slash away at the many demons and other monsters from hell while trying to rack up points, earn rewards, and establish fame. However, you have to do this while fighting against your friends as well which is not as easy as it seems.
CVG said that Dead Island Studio promises that the game will deliver a storyline combined with the frantic hack and slash and shooter type game play. Hellraid will arrive for the XBox 360, PS3, and PC later in the year.
