Ubisoft has announced a spin-off Assassin’s Creed title that is all about sailing the high-seas and getting into naval battles.

Called Assassin’s Creed Pirates, this smartphone and tablet exclusive title puts player in the shoes of Alonzo Batilia, who has been described as ‘a young and ambitious captain.’ Players will be able to manage and recruit crew members, upgrade their ship and engage in naval battles that have been featured in both Assassin’s Creed III and Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.
