<p>You won&#8217;t have to be logging onto your phone in Assassin&#8217;s Creed Unity much longer. Thanks to the game&#8217;s latest patch, the game&#8217;s companion app – which was previously required to unlock in-game treasure chests and weaponry – will be a thing of the past.</p>
<p>In addition, Ubisoft&#8217;s &#8220;Patch 5&#8221; will no longer require players to log into the Assassin&#8217;s Creed: Initiates website to collect the previously mentioned benefits. The update is said to solve glitches with the “Find Leon” objective in the <a href="https://bagogames.com/assassins-creed-unity-dead-kings-dlc-available/"><em>Dead Kings</em> DLC</a>.</p>
<p>While Xbox One and PS4 updates are rolling out today, PC players will be getting it later in the week and improvements with reportedly see stability, connectivity, and general performance.</p>
<p>Ubisoft says that Patch 5 should further fix a number of random crashes in both the campaign and cooperative modes. The update will also minimize effects, texture problems, and issues regarding hacking in-game gears.</p>
