The Necronomicon isn’t the only evil book in town. Premiering at Sundance, The Babadook is an Australian horror flick about a mysterious popup book that won’t go away. Amelia discovers the book while trying to calm her sons nightmares, but the spooky book starts making all their fears come true. And, naturally, they can’t simply destroy the book as it keeps coming back. Being a hit at Sundance, the trailer looks very promising and rather creepy. The Babadook will hit theaters in the UK on October 24, 2014 and an American debut on November 28, 2014.
