Banner Saga 2 Release Date and PAX East Appearance Announcement

<p>At long last&comma; the sequel to the massively popular indie title <em>Banner Saga<&sol;em> has gotten a release date&colon; <em>Banner Saga 2<&sol;em> will launch for the PC on April 19<sup>th<&sol;sup> of this year&comma; with a launch for other platforms coming later this summer&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The choices&comma; decisions&comma; and paths players took in the first <em>Banner Saga<&sol;em> will carry over into the new game&comma; and those choices will affect who lives and dies and how players start off&period; There’s also choices in place for new players who want to jump right into the sequel&comma; but this game will feature just as many tough decisions to be made&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><figure id&equals;"attachment&lowbar;102653" aria-describedby&equals;"caption-attachment-102653" style&equals;"width&colon; The game will be playable at the Versus Evil Booth &num;10081 in the main hall of the event&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>There will also be a <em>Banner Saga<&sol;em> panel taking place on Saturday of the event starting at 10&colon;30 a&period;m&period; in the Albatross Theatre&period; The panel will tease what’s to be expected in <em>Banner Saga 2<&sol;em> as well as discuss the game’s universe&period; Additionally the panel will be moderated by well-known YouTube gamer Jesse Cox and feature several dev team members such as Arnie Jorgensen &lpar;Art Director&rpar;&comma; John Watson &lpar;Technical Director&rpar;&comma; Drew McGee &lpar;Writer&rpar;&comma; Matt Rhoades &lpar;Tech Designer&rpar; and BAFTA winning composer Austin Wintory&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><figure id&equals;"attachment&lowbar;102656" aria-describedby&equals;"caption-attachment-102656" style&equals;"width&colon; Also for cosplayers&comma; there will be a photo booth set up by the registration desk at the main hall with a backdrop from the game so attendees can have their own spot to take pictures in commemoration&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Also by the photo booth fans might be able to snag a limited-run copy of <em>The Gift of Hadrborg<&sol;em> by James Fadeley&comma;
