Batman: Arkham Knight’s Season Pass is Going For $40

Yesterday, we learned that Batman: Arkham Knight’s Bat family reunion will let us change characters in combat. Today, we learned that the game’s got a whole lot more content than that – $40 worth, apparently. For what? Only creator Warner Bros. and Rocksteady Studios knows.

The $39.99/£32.99 season pass (also included in the $99.99 digital premium edition at no discount) allegedly includes “new story missions, additional super-villains invading Gotham City, legendary Batmobile skins, advanced challenge maps, alternative character skins, and new drivable race tracks.” Just what they involve remain to be seen.

In the months since its delay, we do know about a variety of Arkham Knight‘s day-one DLC. One of them’s Harley Quinn’s bonus missions that see the Joker’s formerly main squeeze “wreaking havoc” on the city of Bludhaven’s police department before the Arkham Knight‘s attack on Gotham City. Another is Scarecrow’s Playstation 4-exclusive missions as well as Gamestop’s pre-order exclusive Red Hood story missions.

All we know for now is that we’ll find out just what Rocksteady’s season pass entails this June 23rd when the game hits PS4, Xbox One, and Windows for PC.
