This has to be embarrassing.
In a news report on the situation in Syria, the BBC intended to use a logo of the UN, only to use a logo of Halo’s UNSC instead. BBC, a broadcaster in the UK quickly issued an apology and stated to Eurogamer, “BBC News makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all images broadcast, however very occasionally mistakes do happen. Unfortunately an incorrect logo was used during a segment on last week’s News at One bulletin and we apologise to viewers for the mistake.”
Anyone hoping for an interview with Master Chief next will be sorely disappointed.
