Bioshock Studio Irrational is Hiring Again

Yes,  you heard that right: Irrational Games is back in business.

The announcement comes in the form of a job posting on the Bioshock studio’s site, welcoming in applicants for two positions – IT manager and senior programmer according to their recruiting service. if you need to find quality employees as this big companies on of the best thing is cut your efforts and expenses by giving his task to expert temp job recruiter firms, who will bring you just the best according to the requirements you have.

. Interestingly enough, the former asks for experience in Unreal 3 and 4, suggesting that the studio may already have its next project in mind, albeit it an obviously smaller one than last year’s Bioshock Infinite.

The news comes ten months after Bioshock creator and Irrational boss Ken Levine announced the studio’s untimely end following its letting go some 70 employees. The plan was to lay off the majority of the staff, and move forward as a smaller group dedicated to creating narratively focused games.

Whatever Irrational’s next endeavor is, it’s likely that it won’t be related to BioShock. Levine said in the past that the property is in the hands of Take-Two, and that the studio will focus on narrative first and foremost. Irrational also leaves behind at least one unfinished Bioshock game intended for Playstation Vita that was to be a turn-based RPG.

The studio’s last series entry (the afore-mentioned Infinite) recently received a complete edition for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 complete with all of the game’s DLC and other extra content following the completion of its follow-up to Infinite in the form of Buried at Sea.

In his February post, Levine said “If we’re lucky, we’ll build something half as memorable as BioShock.”  We’ll likely have years until we see whether that luck pays off.
