November is a month for being thankful and a time looking forward to a new season of gaming. So it makes sense that Blizzard is offering four whole days of Overwatch for free to Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4 owners from November 17th to the 20th.
During this extended weekend, players will have access to the entire roster of 16 maps and 26 heroes. The Quick Play, Custom Games and Arcade modes will also be available for free. Players are welcome to level up, unlock customizations and even earn loot boxes during their time in the free weekend.
Blizzard states in their announcement “The free period will begin on November 17 at 11:00 a.m. PT and end on November 20 at 11:59 p.m. PT in all participating regions across all platforms. Those who end up deciding to buy Overwatch after this weekend, will be able to keep all of their progress as long as they use the same Xbox Live, Sony Entertainment or Blizzard account that they originally played on.
