Bloodline Gets A Season Two Premiere Date

(Bloodline, Netflix)

We’ve all taken our time to watch all the big Netflix series dramas like House of Cards, Narcos, Daredevil, and Jessica Jones. Some of you may have seen their comedies: The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and Master of None. But what very few people talked about was one of the best dramas available for everyone with a Netflix account to see. It seems that the streaming giant has finally found a premiere date for Bloodline‘s second season.

Featuring the enormously talented cast of Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights), Linda Cardellini (Freaks and Geeks), Sissy Spacek (Carrie), and Ben Mendolsohn as the eldest brother of the dysfunctional family, Netflix has announced a release date for May 27th. Ben Mendolsohn is reportedly involved in the second season (it would be upsetting if he wasn’t) along with new cast-members, John Leguizamo and Andrea Riseborough.

Bloodline, the most under-appreciated show on Netflix, will have a lot to live up to after the bombshell finale of the first season and where the show can go from there. Kyle Chandler and Ben Mendolsohn were recognized by the Emmys with a pair of nominations, and Ben Mendolsohn picked up another nomination from the Golden Globes – sadly with no win. But we need to get it together and recognize this amazing show. You have two months.
