The lead writer on Borderlands 2, Anthony Burch, is leaving Gearbox Studios to work in television. He’s going to be the lead writer for a new Hulu TV series from Lionsgate Television and Rocket Jump Studios. On his Twitter page he wrote:
”Uh so I’m moving to LA to be head writer on this show. I’ll miss Gearbox a LOT but uh yeah this could be really fun.”
Rocket Jump is the team that made the YouTube series Video Game High School. They have over 7 million subscribers and more than 1 billion views. So far Hulu has not released any details on what this original TV show will be about.
