<p>It was no surprise that Vince Gilligan&#8217;s <em><strong>Breaking Bad</strong></em> was the top dog at this year&#8217;s Emmy awards. Just about every nomination for the AMC drama was a win from Best Actor (<strong>Bryan Cranston</strong>) to Best Supporting Actor (<strong>Aaron Paul</strong>) to Best Drama Series. The only show that was a match for it was in Best Direction which went deserved to HBO&#8217;s <em><strong>True Detective</strong></em>. FX&#8217;s <em><strong>Fargo</strong> </em>was also no surprise winning Best Miniseries. <em><strong>Sherlock</strong> </em>managed to nab a few wins as well as Netflix&#8217;s prison comedy <em><strong>Orange is the New Black</strong></em> picking a handful of awards.</p>
