Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified, the game that only saw a logo and a 2012 “holiday” release date during the Sony E3 media conference has some more information available. Listings on Amazon and Walmart provide a little more information about the game. Both sites list the game for $49.99 and a release date (possibly a place holder) of December 31, 2012.

Not only is the price the same on both sites, the details are as well. The game sounds like it is a prequel story to Cal of Duty: Black Ops 2. Declassified is set to have “an all-new campaign of Special Ops missions” that has been “optimized for gamers on-the-go” as well as a multiplayer mode “tailored for the PS Vita.”

Does the inclusion of a multiplayer mode excite you? Will this be a day one buy for those of you that already have a Vita? Let us know in the comments below.
