Over the weekend, Infinity Ward released a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming multiplayer Devastation DLC, which releases this week. However, last week, via Instagram, they teased their fans with a video showcasing a cloaked purring opponent. With the release of the official trailer, the identity of this mysterious opponent has been revealed as the infamous Predator.  Made famous in the 1987 film Predator, this trophy hunting Yautja is showcased in one of the new Devastation maps.

There are four maps included in the second DLC drop for Call of Duty Ghosts. As the trailer shows, the maps included are:  Ruins, set in a Mayan Temple; Collision takes place on a container ship; Behemoth, at a excavation site in South America; and, Unearthed, a re-imagined version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s Dome map.

For those interested in four player co-op story mode, the popular Extinction mode will receive more content by the name of Mayday. Featured in the trailer are new monsters that include the towering Kraken and a wall crawler named Seeder. Season pass owners should know that there are no new weapons this time around as the Ripper was released earlier this month. If you are buying this map pack separately, the Ripper is included. The Ripper is a two-in-one tactical weapon that can be switched between two configurations. This is the ideal weapon for those who like to carry an SMG and an assault rifle.

Devastation is included in the season pass for Ghosts but for those who have not purchased the pass, the DLC can be acquired for $14.99. Devastation will be released on April 3 for Xbox One and Xbox 360 gamers. PlayStation and PC players will receive the DLC at a later unspecified time.
