Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s Jackal Assault VR Experience Will be Free for All PS4 Owners

<p>In what is a really cool move by both Activision and Sony&comma; it has been announced that on November 4th&comma; the VR experience that accompanies <em>Call of Duty&colon; Infinite Warfare <&sol;em>will be released for free for PS4&period; Titled <em>Jackal Assault<&sol;em>&comma; the mission will be available at the same time that the new <em>Call of Duty <&sol;em>is released&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Of course&comma; you will have to have a PlayStation VR headset&comma; but if you&&num;8217&semi;re like me&comma; you&&num;8217&semi;re probably waiting for more VR games to come down the pipeline&period; The <em>Jackal Assault <&sol;em><em>VR Experience <&sol;em>was co-developed by Infinity Ward and Paper Crane Games&period; It puts players in the place of a Jackal pilot&comma; controlling a &&num;8220&semi;multi-role fighter jet&&num;8221&semi;&period; The experience was shown off briefly at E3 2016 as a part of the presentation for <em>Call of Duty&colon; Infinite Warfare<&sol;em>&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The VR experience will take up 1&period;5 GB of space on your HDD&comma; and will not require an online connection after you&&num;8217&semi;ve downloaded it&period; It will be listed in the PlayStation Store under the PlayStation VR section&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>I think this is a really neat thing to do&comma; even if it isn&&num;8217&semi;t indicative of the <em>Infinite Warfare <&sol;em>gameplay or have any bearing on the story&period; The demo at E3 looked cool and it will likely sell some people on the new game depending on its quality&period; I&&num;8217&semi;ll definitely be checking it out when it&&num;8217&semi;s released this Friday&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Source&colon; <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;blog&period;activision&period;com&sol;t5&sol;Call-of-Duty&sol;Call-of-Duty-Infinite-Warfare-Details-You-Need-to-Know&sol;ba-p&sol;10059743">Activision<&sol;a><&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
