Captain Toad’s trek down memory lane will launch right before this Christmas, Nintendo has announced today.
The spin-off of last year’s critically acclaimed Super Mario 3D World, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker sees Mario’s pluck fungi-wearing sidekick navigating various puzzles and platforms to get to his coveted treasure. Despite rumors to the contrary, the game will release this Dec. 5th in North America.
Game renter Gamefly has previously posted now erroneous reports of a Quarter 1 release in 2015, which now only holds steady for the game’s European release.
