Sony has announced the upcoming release of LittleBigPlanet 2: Extras Edition, a rerelease of Media Molecule’s sequel which will contain the original LittleBigPlanet 2 game and a number of existing DLC packs.
One particularly notable added feature is the Cross-Controller Pack, which allows PS3 players to play the game with a dual-screen set-up by using a PS Vita as a controller.

A critical and commercial success, LittleBigPlanet 2 has been nominated for and won numerous awards, while the LittleBigPlanet series has achieved great success on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita, with star Sackboy now widely recognised as a fully-fledged video game icon.
