SystemSoft has announced yet another delay of their “upcoming” title: Daisenryaku Perfect: Ruler of the Battlefield. I’ve quoted “upcoming” due to the fact that this game was originally scheduled to release in May of 2011, but was then pushed to some time in the Fall. Clearly that didn’t happen, and the game was again delayed to release this April.

SystemSoft claims these many, many, many delays are in order to “further improve the game’s quality.”

By the way, SystemSoft, in all their wisdom, have placed the game’s launch price at ¥7,140 in Japan. That’s roughly equal to $91.00 USD for customers in the states. Apparently, when Daisenryaku Perfect’s predecessor, the original Dysenryaku, was released for the PSP, it was released with so many bugs and glitches that it was almost literally unplayable. Hopefully SystemSoft is working extra hard to not repeat that mess, if they ever do release the game.
