If you are a fan of the insanely difficult (and twistedly fun) Dark Souls, then do we have some good news for you. On October 24, 2012 Artorias of the Abyss will be available for download via PSN and XBLA in Europe and Australia. Artorias of the Abyss was included with the PC release of Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition, which is coming to consoles on October 26.
The DLC allows players to travel to the forests of Oolacile to rid it of Darkness. Players will battle new bosses and enemies, discover new equipments, and meet new characters.
Joining the fray is a new PvP mode. Now, instead of waiting to be invaded and slaughtered, you can now set it up yourself.
Whether you are looking for more singleplayer action, or want to get in on the PvP fun, Artorias of the Abyss looks like DLC done right.
