The good news is that we can confirm that Dark Souls II is indeed coming to PC and we know the release date. The bad news is that you PC Dark Souls players will have to wait an additional six and a half weeks after the initial console release dates.
Bandai Namco announced that the Dark Souls II PC port is going to be released on April 25th. According to Dark Soul’s II Facebook page, From Software has stated that its using the additional development time for the PC port in order to perfect the mouse and keyboard controls. Even though this will push the game back a bit its smart on From Software’s part as Dark Souls original port to PC had horrific mouse and keyboard controls and basically wasn’t to be played without a controller.
Dark Souls II will be out on Xbox 360 and PS3 on March 11.
