<p>After Game almost saw the end earlier this year, there was at least some hope that UK electronics giant Comet could survive the issues it has been reported to have whilst going through administration and a head-office re-shift. Unfortunately, they could not and today is the last day of trading for the company in its remaining 49 UK stores.</p>
<p>A closing down sale is currently offering &#8220;at least 50% off&#8221; everything except for TVs, laptops and Apple products and the full list of stores can be found by <a href="http://storage.comet.co.uk/www/splash/html/store_closures.htm">clicking here</a>.</p>
