Bethesda has announced that upcoming title Dishonored will be released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC –specifically Games for Windows – on October 9th in North America, October 11 in Australia and October 12 in Europe.
Dishonored puts players in the role of Corvo, a disgraced bodyguard who is framed for the murder of the empress he was sworn to protect. Set in the fictional town of Dunwall, a steampunk inspired town, Corvo becomes an assassin lurks in the shadows while wearing his trademark mask while trying to clear his name.
“We are pleased that Dishonored has captured people’s attention,” said Vlatko Andonov, president of Bethesda Softworks. “We are looking forward to sharing lots more information about the game leading up to its launch in October, and having a hands-on build of Dishonored in our booth at E3!”
