Nintendo announced the upcoming Disney Magical World 2 for the Nintendo 3DS, that will be arriving in stores this Fall. You can watch a trailer for the game above.
The previous Disney Magical World game used a pre-made Mii character as the player’s avatar to explore and aid various Disney characters. The first game, released in North America in 2014, contained 4 Disney-themed worlds that each had their own plot. There was a range of pleasant activities that included fishing, making/designing clothes, cooking and baking food to be sold in the cafe and even gardening. Characters could earn in-game coins to purchase outfits for the Mii character and deck them out in Disney gear.
The new Disney Magical World 2 game will have an additional two worlds making a grand total of six interactive Disney Worlds to explore. One world in particular has already been revealed by Nintendo: the world from the film Frozen. The activities and other worlds have not been revealed yet. Current confirmed characters players can encounter are: Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck and Ariel. More about the individual worlds and activities will most likely be announced by Nintendo closer to the release. Disney Magical World 2 is scheduled to be released on October 14, 2016 in North America.
