Disney’s Frozen Fever Receives First Trailer

Frozen Fever

Frozen Fever, a follow-up animated short film to Disney’s critically acclaimed Frozen, has received its first trailer.

The trailer features Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff and Sven preparing for a very special occasion: Anna’s birthday.

From Elsa and Anna’s usual sisterly antics to a small dose of comedy from Olaf (expect a lot more in the actual short), Frozen Fever’s trailer will certainly entice fans of Disney’s 2013 blockbuster musical.

“In Frozen Fever, it’s Anna’s birthday and Elsa and Kristoff are determined to give her the best celebration ever, but when Elsa catches a cold, her powers may put more than just the party at risk,” the synopsis for Frozen Fever reads.

Frozen, which won Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song (“Let It Go”) at last year’s Oscars, became the highest-grossing film of 2013 and the highest-grossing animated film of all time.

Frozen directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee are at the helm of Frozen Fever, while the animated short will have new and original songs from Oscar-winning songwriters Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez.

Starring Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff, Frozen Fever will be showcased in theatres before the live-action Cinderella film on March 13th, 2015.
