Divinity: Original Sin 2 PAX West Developer Interview

<p>Having been a huge fan of <em>Divinity&colon; Original Sin<&sol;em>&comma; I was excited to start my first PAX West adventure by meeting with the team behind <em>Divinity&colon; Original Sin 2&period; <&sol;em>Their booth was already buzzing when I arrived&period; All demo PCs were occupied&comma; and a line of waiting players looped around the outside of the booth&period; Fans were eager to try the features of the new game&period; The <em>Divinity&colon; Original Sin 2 <&sol;em>development team has doubled the amount of skills and spells available to players&period; They&&num;8217&semi;ve more than quadrupled their writing staff to make sure the story and dialogue is as strong as possible&period; They&&num;8217&semi;ve introduced Undead characters who heal from poison and are damaged by traditional healing spells&period; Larian Studios listened carefully to their fans and have created a unique&comma; powerful gaming experience&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><iframe width&equals;"560" height&equals;"315" src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;youtube&period;com&sol;embed&sol;icCDuu-&lowbar;9lk" frameborder&equals;"0" allowfullscreen><&sol;iframe><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In <em>Divinity&colon; Original Sin 2<&sol;em>&comma; the tables have turned&period; In the first game&comma; you play as Source Hunters&comma; seeking to rid the world of Source and Sourcerers&period; Now&comma; you are the hunted&period; You play as Sourcerers who have been stripped of their power and sent away for a cure&period; You can create your own character or choose from existing characters with detailed origin stories&period; Along the way&comma; you can recruit up to three companions and your choices will affect the relationships you have within your party&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Check out our interview to hear about some of these new features&period; The game releases on September 14&comma; 2017 for PC&period; The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions will be coming at a later date&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
