Today Square Enix announced the release of Dissidia Final Fantasy NT for the PlayStation 4. Developed in partnership with veteran fighting game studio Team NINJA from KOEI Tecmo Games, it is a team-based strategic 3-vs-3 brawler where players will work together to defeat their rivals.
Dissidia Final Fantasy NT launches with a roster of 28 playable legendary characters including Cloud Strife, Noctis Lucis Caelum, Y’shtola, and many more. Also included are seven amazing summons, Ifrit, Shiva, Ramuh, Odin, Leviathan, Alexander, and Bahamut for you to bring into battle from throughout the Final Fantasy series.
Play with your friends or other players online, or against AI offline, the choice is yours (A PlayStation Plus membership is needed for online play though).
Choose from one of three editions: the Standard Edition, the Digital Deluxe Edition, and the Steelbook Brawler Edition. The Standard and Steelbook Brawler Editions are $59.99, while the Digital Deluxe Edition is $84.99. A Season Pass is also available that includes six new playable characters and additional content post-launch.
