Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D to Feature More Content & Co-Op Play

It was interesting when Nintendo revealed through its Nintendo Direct conference that it would be bringing Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D to the Nintendo 3DS. This was because, as next to no other information was given at the time, it seemed as if the game would simply be a straight port from the Nintendo Wii to the 3DS with no additional content being given. It seems now however, that this is not the case.

Through Nintendo UK’s official microsite for the game, more information has been revealed in a handy three bullet point list which we’ve added below:

Although the microsite doesn’t detail what this “brand new content” will be that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating if there will be no worlds included in the games, additional levels thrown in or yet even more collectibles dotted around the games various levels.

Will you be picking up the game when it launches on the 24th May in both North America and Europe? Let us know, as always, in the comments section below or through our Facebook page!
