After a second instalment which left many series fans underwhelmed, it seems developer BioWare may be looking to add a little next-generation sheen to their upcoming Dragon Age III: Inquisition.

EA Shanghai level designer Tao Gu stated on his LinkedIn resume that the game will “target next gen platform [sic] and will be postpone [sic] to 2014.”

Gu claims to have worked on Dragon Age III: Inquisition between March 2012 and September 2012 as the lead level designer for the EA Shanghai team.

The game had an original release date of “late 2013” when officially announced back in September, so a delay to 2014 would certainly support Gu’s next-gen claim, as would the fact that no specific platforms were mentioned at the game’s unveiling.
