Is Dragon Age III Going Next-Gen?

<p>After a second instalment which left many series fans underwhelmed&comma; it seems developer BioWare may be looking to add a little next-generation sheen to their upcoming <em>Dragon Age III&colon; Inquisition<&sol;em>&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>EA Shanghai level designer Tao Gu stated on his LinkedIn resume that the game will &&num;8220&semi;target next gen platform &lbrack;sic&rsqb; and will be postpone &lbrack;sic&rsqb; to 2014&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Gu claims to have worked on <em>Dragon Age III&colon; Inquisition<&sol;em> between March 2012 and September 2012 as the lead level designer for the EA Shanghai team&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The game had an original release date of &&num;8220&semi;late 2013&&num;8221&semi; when officially announced back in September&comma; so a delay to 2014 would certainly support Gu&&num;8217&semi;s next-gen claim&comma; as would the fact that no specific platforms were mentioned at the game&&num;8217&semi;s unveiling&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<blockquote><p>&lbrack;Via&colon; <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;ign&period;com" target&equals;"&lowbar;blank">IGN<&sol;a>&rsqb;<&sol;p><&sol;blockquote>&NewLine;
