Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition compilation released on Steam

<p><em>Duke Nukem 3D&colon; Megaton Edition<&sol;em>&comma; a compilation containing classic first-person shooter <em>Duke Nukem 3D<&sol;em> and three expansion packs for the game&comma; has been released on Steam&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>A collaboration between Devolver Digital&comma; 3D Realms&comma; and General Arcade&comma; the <em>Megaton Edition<&sol;em> compilation contains the &&num;8220&semi;Atomic Edition&&num;8221&semi; of full game <em>Duke Nukem 3D<&sol;em> along with the following three expansion packs&colon; <em>Duke Caribbean&colon; Life’s a Beach<&sol;em>&comma; <em>Duke&colon; Nuclear Winter<&sol;em>&comma; and <em>Duke It Out In D&period;C<&sol;em>&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>According to a press release&comma; the compilation also contains enhanced features such as &&num;8220&semi;polished OpenGL visuals&comma; SteamPlay support for PC and Mac&comma; Steam achievements&comma; and Steam Cloud support&period;&&num;8221&semi;<em><&sol;em><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&&num;8220&semi;There is a whole generation of fans that may have heard of <em>Duke Nukem 3D<&sol;em> but never actually played it so it&&num;8217&semi;s exciting to add a bit of polish to the game and the expansions for the first release on Steam&comma;&&num;8221&semi; said Scott Miller&comma; founding partner at 3D Realms&period; &&num;8220&semi;General Arcade has worked close with our team and hardcore fans across the world to make sure the Megaton Edition lives up to the <em>Duke Nukem<&sol;em> legacy&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>General Arcade and Devolver Digital apparently plan to offer continued support to <em>Duke Nukem 3D&colon; Megaton Edition<&sol;em> beyond its initial release&comma; in the form of additional features such as Steamworks-enabled online multi-player&comma; Linux support&comma; and more expansion packs&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em>Duke Nukem 3D&colon; Megaton Edition<&sol;em> is available now on PC and Mac via Steam&comma; priced at &dollar;9&period;99&sol;€9&period;99&sol;£6&period;99&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
