So, here’s something cool Microsoft showed off at their press conference during E3: The new Microsoft HoloLens in action with Minecraft. Two people were on stage, with one wearing the headset, and another was using the Microsoft Surface. The guy spoke the magic worlds “create world”, and the HoloLens fired up to project a full holographic display of the Minecraft world onto a table. The camera that was recording the footage looked above the table, and you could see the world of blocks arise from what seemed like a pit.

The hologram looked very real; You could walk around, and see everything as if you were actually in the game yourself. He even used a few commands like “follow player” to zoom in on the other demonstrator who was playing. There was even a feature he used to look under the world to find hidden dungeons and clear spaces. This kind of hologram machine certainly seems like the future.

What do you all think? Does the Microsoft HoloLens seems like something you would want to use for your gaming experiences? Let us know in the comments below.
