E3 2016: Bethesda Conference Live Recap

Bethesda, E3

(Bethesda)

Hello everyone, I’m Christopher Cross, the Senior News Editor for BagoGames, and I’ll be joining you on this expedition through all things Bethesda tonight. Find the liveblog below for up to date info as it happens.

Last year was Bethesda’s first full-fledged press conference at E3, which took place on the night before all the major companies took their bow. It’s the same time and day this year as Bethesda takes the stage on Sunday, June 12th at 10 PM ET. While last year had the presence of games like Fallout 4 and Doom, both of which have been released and seen their fair share of success, this year has a few more titles people will be curious to see show up.

For instance, rumors have been circling about Prey 2 resurfacing after a very long and difficult journey that eventually lead to its cancellation. Last year saw the announcement of Dishonored 2, which means we can probably expect to see some more of that game. Most of the BagoGames staff here would also be willing to wager money on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim being re-released on the current generation of consoles. The question then is whether it has mod support, like its post-apocalyptic brother, Fallout 4? Speaking of which, the season pass got a massive upgrade a little while ago and saw the release of its final announced DLC. But it is probably very likely we will see Fallout 4 make a presence again, but with new DLC to lead into the holidays.

Read the liveblog below for up-to-the-minute coverage of the conference and all of its announcements (all times are in PST):
