E3 2016: For Honor Releases on February 14, 2017

A new trailer for For Honor was released at Ubisoft’s E3 conference, demonstrating a world torn apart by war. The trailer highlights how war has continued for years and is going to pit three different classes of fighter against each other, from different eras. The game will release on February 14th, 2017.

Last year, the game showcased its multiplayer and new combat system. This year, the team at Ubisoft showcased the campaign (watch the story trailer above) and what each class will be fighting for. They demonstrated gameplay for the new game, showing off the Viking class as they head towards the land of the Samurai.

You can watch the gameplay trailer above which shows off the brutality of For Honor and how the combat works. It seems you will not be able to just slaughter at will, but will need to utilize some strategy in order to defeat foes. The game also just looks extremely beautiful. I’ll be curious to see how the other classes fight.
