E3 2016: Quantic Dream’s Detroit: Become Human Gets A New Trailer

Tonight during the Sony press conference, we were given a new look at Quantic Dream’s new game, Detroit: Become Human; A game based off a short the team made and showed off last year at Paris Games Week called “Kara.”

The trailer shows gamers taking on the role of an android negotiator named Connor who must talk another android down who is standing on the edge of a building holding a little girl at gun point. The game quickly lets us know that there will be many different possible outcomes that could happen, depending on how you play the game, most of which will end up with someone dead, at least in the video shown tonight.

Detroit: Become Human has a kind of a Blade Runner feel to it, although more of a neo-noir style. Connor will be trying to find many different clues to figure out what is going on and how to handle the situation best.

This is different from the last trailer they showed that focused more on the character Kara who is also an android.

Detroit: Become Human has no official release date yet and all we know is that it is still in development.
