E3 2016: ReCore Screenshot Leaked and Possible Release Date

Well, it must be time for E3 soon as the leaks just keep coming. Specifically from Microsoft’s upcoming conference which we are already expecting Dead Rising 4 to appear at, and it would make a lot of sense for ReCore to also make an appearance. Which is why it isn’t really a surprise to see a new screenshot from the game leak out just a day before Microsoft’s big E3 press conference. You can view that screenshot below, as well as a potential release date for the game.

(ReCore, Microsoft Studios)

ReCore was announced last E3 with a 2016 release date attached to it. Word on the game has been relatively silent since then, so it is overdue for the game to make another appearance and confirm whether it will hit that 2016 date. However, the same user on NeoGaf that leaked the screenshot also leaked a release date, which is below:

Sept. 13, 2016 (North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific except Japan)
Sept. 15, 2016 (Japan)
Sept. 16, 2016 (Europe and other global regions)

ReCore‘s director is Mark Pacini, who previously directed the Metroid Prime series. His studio, Armature Studio will be developing the game alongside Comcept, Keiji Inafune’s company. It will be published by Microsoft Studios.

Check back tomorrow when Microsoft has their E3 conference and more news breaks regarding ReCore.
