E3 2017: LawBreakers Will Launch in August on PC and PS4

LawBreakers

Cliff Bleszinski has finally unveiled the release date and price for Boss Key Production’s LawBreakers. The first-person shooter is going to be released later this summer on August 8th for both PC and PlayStation 4. What comes as more of a shock is not how soon the game is being released (it’s been in beta testing for a while) but how much it will cost. LawBreakers is only going to cost $29.99 USD.

The price point and release date were announced on the PC Gaming Show event for E3 2017. Cliff specifically cited that he wasn’t going to charge $60 for a multiplayer-only game. Not only that, but he went a step further on Twitter and announced that there would be no paid DLC for the game, or pay-to-win components. All of this sounds like he’s had enough of games charging too much for the amount of content they have, and I think most people can agree that we tend to roll our eyes at high price points for multiplayer only games. Very few of them last past their first month.

If you want to see some more gameplay, as well as hear some people who have already had extensive time with LawBreakers, then you can watch the video above. It was shown during the conference and provides insight on the intricate gameplay that is present in the twitch shooter.

Are you excited for LawBreakers now that its coming so soon and for a fairly cheap price? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned to BagoGames for more announcements out of E3 2017.
