E3 Might Move to New Location for Next Conference

<p>As stated by the L&period;A&period; Times&comma; E3 may in fact be held somewhere other than the Los Angeles Convention Center next year&comma; due to planned renovation work that may take place in the LACC&period; Mike Gallagher of the ESA &lpar;Entertainment Software Association&rpar; also stated &&num;8220&semi;we have a number of issues that still need to be resolved&period; If we can&&num;8217&semi;t resolve them&comma; we are preparing to go elsewhere&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Renovations may happen during the time of the next E3 conference and the ESA is none too pleased about that&period; The LACC apparently has plans to develop a stadium&comma; Farmer&&num;8217&semi;s Field&comma; in the West Hall area of the convention center and there are concerns that renovation will affect the movement of crowds during the next E3&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Apparently&comma; &&num;8220&semi;executives close to the association&&num;8221&semi; have hinted that possible locations for upcoming E3 events could be Chicago&comma; San Francisco&comma; New York or New Orleans&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&lpar;Via <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;theverge&period;com&sol;gaming&sol;2012&sol;6&sol;4&sol;3063256&sol;e3-may-leave-los-angeles-in-2013">The Verge<&sol;a>&rpar;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
