There are a lot of reasons to be excited about Need for Speed again and an online beta for this year’s model is one of them. EA’s announced that the game will be getting an open beta test before its launch and you can sign up for it right now.

Sign-ups for the beta will end this Sep. 25th, so you have plenty of time to put your name down for a free EA account if you don’t have one already. You’ll also have to make sure you have a good internet connection as Need for Speed demands. The test will take place over Xbox One and Playstation 4 only, either of which you can specify as a part of your sign-up preferences.

The studio says that confirmation emails should be providing us with more details in the near future before Need for Speed‘s Nov. 3rd launch in the US of A and its Nov. 5th release in Europe for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC (via Origin).
