<p>Epic Games has been in a legal battle with Silicon Knights. That legal battle came to an end today and Epic Games’ <a href="http://twitter.com/MarkRein/statuses/207893020354424832">Mark Rein just Tweeted</a> “Case over. Jury finds for Epic on all counts.”</p>
<p>Silicon Knights was suing Epic over issues with the Unreal Engine. Silicon Knights claimed that the engine was not finished and thus sabotaged their work on <em>Too Human</em>. The judge awarded Epic Games $4.45 million in damages. Epic Games has 30 days to file a request with the court to seek reimbursement of attorneys&#8217; fees and costs from Silicon Knights.</p>
