<p>Steve Papoutsis, the executive producer of <em>Dead Space 3</em>, has revealed that there are four additional modes to the game that are unlocked after you complete the main game for your first time.</p>
<p>The four modes are as follows:</p>
<ul>
<li>Hardcore Mode: You have one life for the entire game</li>
<li>Classic Mode: Disables item crafting and all weapons need to be constructed from blueprints. There will also be no iron sights.</li>
<li>Pure Survival Mode: Resources can only be gained from taking down enemies and picking them up meaning there is no ammo, health or weapon parts around the areas featured in the game.</li>
<li>Game+ Mode: Start the game again with all of your upgrades and gear from your first play through</li>
</ul>
<p>On top of this, Steve Papoutsis also revealed that <i>“a top secret additional story will be coming in a few weeks”.</i> Talk about getting your monies worth come the 8<sup>th</sup> February!</p>
