Bethesda announced plenty this past E3 and the name “Fallout” probably sums up most of it in some shape or form. While the world waits for Fallout 4 to drop, i0S users already have a Fallout of sorts in the palm of their hands and soon, Android users will too.
The studio’s free-to-play Fallout, Fallout Shelter, is already out on the Apple app store and it’ll be out this August, according to The Bethblog’s Pete Hines.
“Coming along nice,” Hines said regarding the game’s Android version. “Haven’t announced a date, but should be out next month. We’ll let you know when we have specifics.”

An entirely separate game from Fallout 4‘s nuked out Boston, Fallout Shelter sees you in charge of your own little vault of your choosing where you control its people, resources, and weapons to repopulate the earth and keep your citizens happy as the all-powerful Overseer in the style of FTL, Sim City, and X-Com.
Tell us, have you tried your hand at Fallout Shelter yet?
