Film Fallout Podcast #19 – Warcraft

Warcraft

(Warcraft, Legendary Pictures)

It’s the Alliance versus the Horde, except more just Christopher Cross versus Dylan Schwan, as we discuss the high profile adaptation of one of the biggest fantasy franchises in video games – Warcraft. The Duncan Jones-directed film has received a lot of attention, and we’re here to debate whether the movie is a colossal failure, whether it needs more movies, or if it is the Battlefield Earth of the 21st century”. Read Dylan’s review as well to get a deeper look into what he thought of the film.

It’s E3 week, so for those who don’t make their way to BagoGames regularly, it is a week of video game news. But Dylan’s weekly onslaught of film news continues with box office numbers, a Watch Dogs movie being announced, and Christopher Nolan being given pieces of history to crash just for the entertainment factor. Dylan saw Suspiria and Chris has been too busy to watch anything. There are some Blu-ray releases this week, of course. That includes London Has Fallen, a movie which we talked about! Next week you should join us as we review Finding Dory, the Pixar sequel to Finding Nemo.
