On the fourth episode of Film Fallout, Chris and Dylan get double-crossed by John Hillcoat with our review of Triple 9. There is a huge cast here and the guys talk about how a director can elevate a film’s script, but sometimes that doesn’t help all that much. There’s also the Oscars to talk about, which means plenty of surprises and disappointments to discuss. That makes up all of the news discussion, but Dylan also saw Where to Invade Next, and the Chinese blockbuster The Mermaid from Stephen Chow.
