Christopher Cross and Dylan Schwan have taken a break from reviewing things to let you guys know what we thought of television from this year. There have been a lot of shows from the cultural phenomenon that was Stranger Things, Black Mirror and Westworld to the consistently great but underappreciated work in You’re the Worst and BoJack Horseman. We also said goodbye to some shows like The Good Wife and Rectify. Tune in below to find out which shows had us excited from 2016.
There’s also some discussion about some news and blu-ray releases from this week. There isn’t much, but it’s something. Next week we will be back with our longest podcast as we debate the films of 2016 in various categories. People will get hurt, but we will do our best to keep it as civilized as possible.
