Film Fallout Podcast #88 – Blade of the Justice League

Justice League

We’re letting Batman take a night off, as we arrive a day late. This week, Christopher Cross and Dylan Schwan aim their sights at DC’s long-awaited Justice League. Directed by Zack Snyder, we discuss many aspects of the superhero film. Of course, there’s a huge cast to go through, including a new villain that may or may not break the curse of superhero villains being fairly boring. Then there is the behind the scenes circumstances that surrounded this film, which we talk about and how it manifests itself in the final product.

Dylan and Chris also watched Takashi Miike’s 100th movie, Blade of the Immortal. Chris also saw the new Netflix documentary, Jim and Andy: The Great Beyond. There’s also plenty of controversy to discuss, including Get Out being labelled as a comedy for the Golden Globes. We also have our Blu-ray releases of the week, as always.

Next week, we shall return with a review of Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri.

Film Fallout is a weekly podcast about film and television, hosted on BagoGames.com. Every week, Christopher Cross and Dylan Schwan discuss news happening in the industry, blu-ray releases coming out this week, what they’ve been watching, and then a review of one movie. You can listen to it on SoundCloudiTunes, or on BagoGames. Also follow us on Instagram for some behind-the-scenes magic. We are both on Twitter, if you’d like to follow us there. Chris is @HammerkopCross, Dylan is @DreaminDylanS, and you can follow the podcast @Filmfalloutcast. And finally, there is a Facebook page for the podcast if you’d like to ‘like’ us on that.
