Although the application has been available on the PlayStation 3 for some time now, it is only just that the Lovefilm Instant application on PlayStation 3 finally supports HD streaming alongside better search functions.
The updated app, available now in the UK and Germany is said to be eventually release on all Lovefilm Instant platforms where other new features include a watchlist feature alongside the ability to resume content across any enabled device so you can pick up where you finished that movie last night on your PC, smart phone, Wii, PS3 etc.
