If you’re hungry for some more Gears of War multiplayer action then this news is going to be right up your ally as it has been announced that two multiplayer maps (as well as Execution Mode) will be made available as of a free download on the 2nd April as sponsored by Maxim, the gentleman’s magazine… yup.
Although no details have been released for Capitol, one of the two maps up for offers here, Haven had been detailed by lead level designer Jim Brown. Haven isn’t a holiday getaway and is looks to us to be an ancient monastery which has been exposed to the elements in a frozen environment. According to Jim Brown “Nowhere is really safe”. Although we’d love to carry on our Haven jokes we don’t think we can as we doubt any caravans will be present on the battlefield also.
